Therapy can be helpful to individuals of all ages. Therapy can be a safe space for you and/or your loved ones to address challenging situations from the past, present, and/or future. Our mental health is constantly influenced by many different factors (e.g. home environment, relationships, health, mood, etc.) in our lives. Some of those factors are within our control while others may be outside of our control. If you are in search of change then you are in the right place; We are here to help.
Contact us via email or phone to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. One of our providers will contact you directly. We would love to get to know more about you and what you would like to address in therapy. If we are the right fit for you, we will provide you with a list of our available appointments. We can also provide referrals to other providers at your request if we are not the right fit for you.

At this time, we accept Optum, UHC, IEHP, and Aetna. We are considered an out-of-network provider with other insurance companies. This means you are responsible for paying your fees for rendered services. However, your insurance provider may reimburse you for a portion of our fees if you have out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a superbill to use your out-of-network benefits if you have them. Please reach out to your insurance provider about whether you have out-of-network benefits and how you can utilize them.
